We are an independent boutique luxury residential real estate brokerage representing clients with buying, selling, and leasing luxury properties in the Texas Triangle – the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas of North Texas, and Austin, San Antonio, Houston and their surrounding suburbs. 

Welcome to our recruiting page.  My name is Dustin Mayfield.  I am the Broker/Owner with 15+ years of licensed experience and over 10 years in brokerage ownership.  I have two bachelor’s degrees from the University of North Texas, one in Real Estate and another in Finance.  I have worked in many different facets of this industry, including a real estate and financial services career in the corporate world.  I am an excellent business manager, very creative, easy to get along with, always accessible, and I provide ongoing Broker support with direct contact.

What We Believe In:
We designed our modern and adaptable low overheard real estate brokerage with an intelligent and balanced strategic business model.  We believe a brokerage and its Agents should have a mutually beneficial and balanced relationship.  Too often in this industry the balance shifts towards the brokerage and the Agent’s career suffers as a result.  We have established and maintained that balanced approach to nurture the Agent-Broker relationship and create success and prosperity for all parties.

We want our Agents to feel they are a business within a business, concentrating on building their specific real estate interests and goals, while still adhering to all industry legal and ethical requirements and all company rules and guidelines.  We offer extremely competitive low-capped hybrid commission plans allowing our Agents to be compensated as much as possible from their transactions in order to re-invest in their specific business needs and resources, rather than collect more money from Agents to cover as many angles as the brokerage possibly can.  Collecting more of an Agent’s hard-earned income to invest in brokerage chosen ideas and technologies increases our overhead costs creating bloat, which effectively renders us incapable of quickly adapting to our fast-paced and perpetually evolving career environment.  It’s also not possible to effectively and efficiently invest in all possible strategies for all different real estate business practices.  Doing so costs Agents so much of their hard-earned income and rarely increases their business.  Don’t partner with a brokerage that takes the across-the-board investment approach.  Partner with a brokerage that allows you to draw upon your specific strengths, uniqueness, interests, and goals by empowering you to succeed and to re-invest in that success with more financial flexibility and money in your pocket.  We help you build your business for yourself, but not on your own or by yourself!

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking Licensed Individual Real Estate Sales and Leasing Agents and Teams of 2 experienced in Luxury Residential Real Estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, San Antonio and Houston that possess strong communication and sales and marketing skills, are capable of working from their home office, aren’t afraid to ask questions, do quality work, and honor our ethics and fiduciary duties. 

We are a true practicing real estate brokerage, not in the business of churning Agents through a multilevel marketing (MLM) system, so we are looking for practicing Real Estate Sales Agents and Broker Associates that focus on real estate, not recruiting.  Individual Agents and Teams of 2 thrive in our system.  

What We Offer:
We offer extremely competitive low-capped hybrid commission plans with a clearly written Commission Agreement and Independent Contractors Agreement with no surprises or fine print.  We provide a no pressure sales environment with independence and consistent direct access and full time support and assistance 7 days per week from our experienced and knowledgeable Broker – not just an Office Manager or Team Lead.  We are members of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, San Antonio Board of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
